VA-42'S AD3'S - FORMATION - 1956
Jim Brusa sent these pictures of VA-42's AD3's in formation, in 1956, 9 years later, we still had AD's on board, only now they were called AD 5's (with the big pot belly radar dome) from VAW 11 Det. Quebec in 1965 they were replaced with the more common EA 1E "Willy Fudds"
These planes would last forever, and would quite often deck launch without a catapult.
