Attached is a photo of USS Bennington CVS-20 shortly after arrival in Port Angeles, Washington for "dismantling". I came across your web site (which is very well done) and thought you might like a digital image to add to your collection. It was originally in 35MM. Please feel free to post it if you like. I am sorry now that I did not take more at the time. It was a sad sight to see the ship destroyed and even worse to learn of her eventual fate. Keep up the good work and keep the memory of the Essex Class Carriers alive.
