Hello Joe,
I was just thrilled to find the excellent website on The Bennington over the weekend. My Father was a Flight Surgeon aboard The Bennington during WW II and I have been searching different place for years hoping to find any possible photos that might be available of him. His name was Raymond P. Hoesten (deceased 1966). Wonderful news though as I did find two photos which included him on this website and I was wondering whether you could possibly advise where I might look for any more. I am not living in the States now as I moved to New Zealand just over two years ago, so all my research has to be done on the Internet, but if you could advise me, I could always write letters. If you could also suggest any other good Bennington websites that you are personally aware of it would be greatly appreciated. I hope to hear from you at some stage at your convenience to the above.
